Customer Service Consultant - NemID

Nets Denmark Issuer & eSecurity Services, eID Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Consultant with high technical skills, to support our NemID, MitID, Nemlog-In solutions and our customers.

In this role, you’ll power NemID, Nemlog-In & MitID
Nets has a strong track record in delivering eID solutions for banks, private companies and the public sector. Within eID Solutions we are delivering and operating the Danish digital identity solution, NemID and the future MitID along with Nemlog-In.

The systems in eID Solutions is widely used by almost all citizens daily. The number of electronic logins and signings is around 1 billion per year and is still growing fast.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Accurately and thoroughly advise the best options for customers
  • Ensure efficient and professional onboarding of customers
  • Customer support on eID Solutions by mail and telephone
  • Assist with handling of invoicing
  • Assist with complaints
  • Update and create new support web content
  •  
    As Customer Service Consultant in eID Solutions, you have one of the firm's most important tasks:

  • You have a detailed knowledge; you deliver not only information but also assist with advice and playing an advisory role

    Preferred background, qualifications and experience

  • Relevant, higher education, or extensive customer service experience
  • Aptitude for working with new systems and software
  • 3-5 years of experience working with invoicing and support of customers
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge within Microsoft office
  • Basic knowledge within SAP
  •  
    Preferred personal qualities

  • Ability to understand how Nets’ solutions can best be utilized in connection with the customers own systems
  • Pro-active, outgoing and responsible
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, business processes and the utilization of those
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Great face-to-face, e-mail and telephone communication skills
  • Quick and resourceful, with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Good understanding of IT business processes and the utilization of those
