Customer Success Manager

This position is very important for Geniebelt, as we are growing rapidly and you can help us delivering top class onboarding, customer service and account management to all our new and existing Nordic and British customers. Your main task will be to help new customers make the best of our software as a service solution, build a great relationship with them and identify possible upselling possibilities..

So if you are passionate about service and the possibilities in new technology and would like to work with helping customers solve their technological and business challenges, the Customer Success Manager role might be the right match for you.

The job:

  • Setting up customers with the Geniebelt solution.
  • Training customers to maximise their success with the software.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Taking ownership of the customers’ experiences.
  • Renewing customers.
  • Identifying and using up-selling opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining rapport.
  • Cooperate with Nordic and UK sales departments.



  • Serviceminded.
  • Good at building relations.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Flexible, open minded and easy going.
  • Would be great with SaaS experience, but not a prerequisite.
  • Experience related to the construction industry is preferred.
  • Native level Danish and excellent English skills.
