Customer Success Manager

We’ve built a unique performance visualization platform that helps employees perform better and reach their targets – ultimately boosting our customers’ bottom-line. Plecto engages employees with their KPIs in real-time and creates an ongoing conversation in the office about the KPIs.

We are looking for a customer success manager who will join our existing customer success manager team. The primary job will be to keep new and existing customers happy and help them get even more success with our product by showing them new features and helping them use the product.

Job role:

- Work in a growth focused organization, and help our customers have more success with Plecto

- Provide excellent service to clients over phone, online meeting and chat

- Gather feedback from customers to our development department, to improve the product

 

What we expect from you:

- You are a highly motivated individual who are focused on performing and exceeding targets.

- You are social and love interactions with other employees and customers

- You like to multitask and have many projects running

- You must be fluent in English and Danish. If you speak other European languages, it’s a plus.

- Technical flair and interest
