Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Service & Success team at Plecto. You will be responsible for onboarding our clients and developing close customer relationships to promote loyalty and retention. A hands-on experience in handling and developing customer accounts, and a passion for delivering exceptional service is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard our new customers to ensure a great start with Plecto 
  • Create positive relationships with our customers to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Continuously assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating in Plecto 
  • Plan and understand the optimal way to integrate Plecto based on the customer's business needs
  • Assist in retention activities and ensure customer satisfaction at all times and mitigate churn
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience
  • Have a inside out knowledge of Plecto and guide customers with any technical questions

  

Your qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience from a Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or Management consulting position is required
  • Experience in working with promoting value through exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop positive business relationships 
  • A flair for IT and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strive for delivering personal service and accountability  
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement
  • Project management skills to ensure a successful implementation of Plecto 
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL and API is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Danish is a plus, but not a requirement
  • You are smiling, open-minded and outgoing

You will start as a Customer Service Representative in order to become a Plecto expert and after a trial period of 3 months you can move to a Customer Success Manager position.
