Join us as…

… an integral part of the Customer Success Team, which in addition to you, also consists of 8 skilled Customer Service representatives and Customer Success Managers. We work closely with our colleagues from Customer Service, Sales, development / IT, UX, and finance.


As our full-time  Customer Success Manager you’ll be responsible for giving our customers the best possible start on the Plecto platform, and for developing fantastic customer relationships. We strive for our customer’s success and work closely with our customers to consult them in visualising their key metrics and achieving the best success with Plecto. 


About you 

  • You are experienced in handling and developing customer accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • You have hands-on experience from a Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or Management consulting position
  • You have a multitasking approach, structured mindset, ability to work and adjust to different types of customers
  • You have a flair for IT and willingness to learn new systems
  • You deliver exceptional customer experiences and have the ability to communicate effectively and explain complex solutions in easy-to-understand language
  • You strive for delivering personal service and accountability  
  • You are experienced in building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement
  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and Danish. Another additional language would be an asset
  • You are have a smiling, open-minded and outgoing personality, that we would just love to work with


 The Position 

  • Onboard our new customers primary online to ensure a great start with Plecto 
  • Create positive relationships with our customers to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Continuously assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating in Plecto 
  • Plan and understand the optimal way to integrate Plecto based on the customer’s business needs
  • Assist in retention activities and ensure customer satisfaction at all times and mitigate churn
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience
  • Have a inside out knowledge of Plecto and guide customers with any technical questions

You will start in Customer Service as a Customer Service Representative in order to become a Plecto expert and after a few months move to Customer Success.

We are a Danish SaaS company, based in Aarhus and with offices in London and Warsaw. We are approx. 45 employees, aged 19 to 43 of 12 different nationalities. Some of us have long education and international experience. Others are newly hatched, and have learned to program or to provide top-rated customer service while working with us. We believe that anything is possible if you have the right approach and attitude. That's why we take good care of each other while we're here. We work hard, and have plenty of fun while doing so.

Under normal circumstances we throw fantastic office parties every month. Once a year (again, under normal circumstances) the whole company moves south to talk strategy, have fun and to get to know each other better. Every morning in the office, we are served fresh croissants and juices. At lunchtime, we enjoy delicious wholesome lunches.
