Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

We're looking for a charismatic self-starter and hard-working, technical individual who is experienced in onboarding enterprise customers of all levels of sophistication and who wants to grow their career in our fast-paced organization. In addition, the ideal candidate would be responsible for building relationships with our existing customer base to ensure customer engagement, retention and satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity to be one of the early members of our customer success team, and you will be part of our Customer Success team located in Copenhagen and closely collaborating with the team in New York.



  • Ownership of clients from onboarding through post live engagement
  • Support technical implementations such as Single Sign-On and systems integrations
  • Design and execute on each customer’s account plan
  • Ensure execution of renewal and upsell strategies
  • Identify opportunities for customers to extend the use of our compliance management software to help achieve maximum benefit and ROI
  • Overarching responsibility for assuring that CSM team is prepared for all current and future business needs
  • Ensure effective prioritization, assignment and execution of work
  • Ensure global cooperation between team members and consistent procedures and processes


  • 3+ years experience working in a Customer Success role
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role in a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects and ensure on-time delivery
  • Systems integration or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Proficient with project management software and processes
  • Solid technical understanding and general understanding of technologies such as AWS, SaaS, Cloud and System Integration – and ability to hold a technical discussion with customers
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
  • Impeccable time management and communication skills
  • Additional languages (German/French) are a big plus
