Customer Success Manager - United Kingdom

As a workshop consultant at Autobutler we expect you to:

  • Have experience with B2C sales

  • Feel like using the phone as a working tool in the sales process

  • Motivated by familiarizing yourself with the end user's needs and are excellent at reading these in person as well as over the phone

  • Be an expert in making both Mrs. Hansen and Jimmy feel important

  • Have your arguments in place, love a good dialogue, and masters closing a deal

  • Be reliable, result-oriented, and ambitious by nature

  • Want to expand your knowledge of the car industry etc.

  • Find it inspiring to be part of a company that has ambitions and continues to develop.

  • Be good at handling working under pressure, as we have some goals we must achieve TOGETHER

  • Be motivated by changing attitudes and practices in a traditional industry .

Your work tasks will first and foremost consist of calling the car owners who have received an offer but have not yet accepted it. There can be many reasons for this, and your most important task is to guide the car owner safely through the entire ordering process and ensure that any bumps in the road in the ordering process are smoothed out. Secondly, you must contact our existing customer base in order to guide them to create a task via our portal. You will be part of a larger, committed sales team, which has both B2C and B2B customers, and you will get great feedback and help with your work from your colleagues, who have extensive knowledge of the industry. Your calls must be characterized by quality (rather than quantity), where your trade gene must show the added value and revenue that our new and existing customers can get through Autobutler. We will train you thoroughly in our business and systems if you come to have the right drive.

The ideal candidate is also good at working at a high pace and is happy to know the automotive industry.

We offer car owners an easy way to get offers for repairing their car at 2,000 affiliated car repair shops in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, and the UK. We are dependent on the workshop industry, and our goal is for everyone to feel safe when delivering the car to the workshop. 900,000 car owners have benefited from our service since 2010.
