Customer Support Team Lead (UK or Germany)

We’re searching for 2 team leaders with first-hand knowledge of the UK or German culture to bring their native-level communication skills and creative issue resolution skills to our growing 5-person in-house team. You’ll work alongside 25+ external freelancers and help serve 100,000+ daily visitors in over 25 markets. 

During 2021, we’ll migrate to new software and move to an even bigger office/warehouse to accommodate Trendhim’s massive growth. As our new UK or German Team Lead, you’ll shape your role and set the mark for how we evolve. 


About the role 

Customer Support is critical to the success of Trendhim.

You’ll lead our frontline staff to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and exceed expectations. No matter what the channel, we aim to deliver service that goes above and beyond. Great service to us is personal, human, quick and thorough, and above all... kind. And we do it all at scale.


Your responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in English (UK) or German by phone, mail, chat, etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of a team of supporters.
  • Assist freelance supporters, train new hires and drive engagement and motivation in your team.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Be an active part of projects that strengthen the foundation of our team and improve support quality across it.

Who you are

We’re looking for kind, generous and engaging people who know the world of customer support and want to reach the next level with us. 

  • You know everything about the UK or German culture – The nuances and what customers want. 
  • You speak English or German fluently.
  • You have experience with customer service or customer support.
  • You’re an excellent communicator. You can talk… but you also relate and care for people.
  • You have strong time management, organisational and technical skills.
  • You’re excited to be in a growing organisation and part of making the road as we go.

With 6,000 products and a thriving design department for our house labels, we help customers in 28 countries and 18 languages. In the last 5 years, we've grown from 3 to 60 employees and were nominated the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark in 2017. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.
