CVP HR Business Partner to Devices and Supply Chain Management

Are you looking for an opportunity to take on the responsibility for the HR management and development in an international environment and be a part of a team of HR professionals? Are you a fast-learning team player who can take the lead and follow through on yearly HR processes as well as further developing HR policies and practices? Then you might be one of our new Corporate Vice President (CVP) HR Business Partners. 

About the departments
You will be part of a team of HR and communications professionals, People & Organisation in Devices & Supply Chain Management (PODS), which consists of 8 HR Business Partners and a Communications Partner. Jointly, we are responsible for ensuring that the general HR processes are conducted professionally and for supporting the areas when it comes to HR questions and leadership development.

The position
As the CVP HR Business Partner, it is your primary responsibility to support the CVP and the Management team with various development activities, in addition to executing the central yearly HR processes, such as performance management and the employee engagement. It will also be your responsibility to design and drive the yearly Organisational Review process, where leadership and organisational development initiatives specific to your areas will be identified. You are expected to drive strategic and operational discussions in the management team on leadership, organisational design, governance, performance culture and sustainable wellbeing. You are also expected to be a strong feed-backer for a high performing senior management team.

As part of the HR-team, you will be tasked with driving or contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives and events, e.g. joint leadership training or talent management programmes.

You will be a CVP HR Business Partner who will cover two CVP areas called Strategic Sourcing (StSo) and Contract & Local Manufacturing Operations (CLMO) both located in Bagsværd

Qualifications
You are an experienced and mature HR Business Partner with excellent stakeholder and communication skills. You thrive in environments where you can make independent decisions, and enjoy working together with others and explore synergies. You are able to manage administrative tasks as well as solve analytical challenges, and you proactively seek out opportunities to contribute. You speak and write English fluently, and you have great people skills.
