Are you technically skilled and can you provide excellent service and support via phone and email?

Sitel has an exciting cooperation with Garmin, supporting their Nordic market and and we are searching for a customer service advisor who is fluent in Danish – both spoken and written.

The Tasks

As a customer service advisor it will be your responsibility to provide technical support on Garmin’s products and make sure that the technical challenges of the customers are handled efficiently and with a smile.

Garmin is known as a leading worldwide provider of navigation and is committed to making superior products for automotive, outdoor, and fitness markets that are an essential part of the lives of Garmin’s customers.

Garmin’s products are known for their quality and imminent design and this has to be reflected in the communication with the customers. To complement the quality of the products we have to ensure that the service and support accompanied live up to the highest possible standards.

As a customer service advisor, you will have to comply with the standards and the code of conduct of both Garmin and Sitel.

  • I have previously worked in a contact center or within customer service – and I loved it.
  • My communicative skills are excellent and I am fluent in Danish and English.

Salary is DKK 119.30 an hour and in addition, Sitel pays an amount that equals 3.4 % of the monthly salary to a Free Choice Account every month.

Furthermore, Sitel pays the amount that equals 8 % of the monthly salary to a Pension Plan every month and as an employee, you pay 4 % yourself.
