Data Scientist with a commercial mindset for Customer Insights

Help set the direction for our digital journey

You will become part of the Grundfos Group Marketing & Sales Development organisation and join a young and ambitious team. Here, we need your technical expertise in applied analytics, AI, machine learning and big data to develop our data management. You will collaborate closely with international stakeholders across Grundfos and help utilise our data to optimise the customer experience.


This means you will:

  • Conduct pilot studies, identifying issues and opportunities in our data resources and data management in collaboration with big data lab and data analysts
  • Use your findings to optimise our data management practices and utilise our data for commercial purposes – e.g. analysing data to find out how to improve our hit rate
  • Support decision-makers across the organisation with data analyses and data visualisation on existing projects, supplying valuable customer insights

Business acumen and AI knowledge

You thrive in the intersection of business and technology and are motivated by knowing that your findings have a direct impact on decision-making. Therefore, you have technical flair, but you are also able to translate your data analyses into valuable insights applicable to business processes.


 Moreover, you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in business, economics, BI or alternatively, mathematics, physics or computer science
  • Have 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, data scientist or similar, where you have gained practical experience with AI or predictive analytics in a business environment
  • Are a superuser of MS Office, especially Excel, and you have an understanding of programming
