Demand Generation Manager

Are you an experienced digital marketer, looking for an opportunity to help shape global demand generation in a fast-paced SaaS environment? Then make sure to get in touch.

We’re looking for a specialist Demand Generation Manager in our corporate marketing team in Copenhagen. You’ll develop, manage, and measure our global digital demand generation programs across multiple digital channels.

To be successful in this role, you need a broad digital marketing background and understand how various digital marketing channels can work together to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Identify the right channels to use and provide guidance to field on what works when they run local initiatives.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all campaign activities and monitor as well as optimize them constantly
  • Work with our agency partner to manage and optimize Siteimprove’s paid search investment and collaborate with field to optimize local performance
  • Build content syndication and distribution from the ground up, working closely with our Senior Digital Editor
  • Negotiate any media buying as required and manage placements
  • Help develop the strategy for lead nurturing
  • Build automated lead nurture flows in Pardot
  • Support field marketing with the implementation of digital campaigns for their markets
  • Build & optimize landing pages and contribute to copy optimization
  • Develop lead nurturing programs for all inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance data.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketers to create leads and a pipeline of MQLs through various marketing campaigns and digital activities.
  • Meet aggressive lead generation numbers each month
  • Work with the product marketing team to build and optimize lead generation content strategy based on buyer journey

In this role, you’ll challenge the status quo at Siteimprove and help us take marketing tactics focused on new customer acquisition to the next level.

You’ll deliver fantastic marketing touchpoints and always have an eye on design and overall customer experience. It’s your goal to make every touchpoint highly engaging and deliver fantastic brand experiences to our prospective customers. You’ll also support thinly spread field marketers in the roll-out of proven digital activities and lead sources.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ideally English speaker at native level, Danish not a requirement
  • Several years of digital marketing experience
  • Data-driven, always ensuring we’re tracking and analyzing the right metrics
  • Fantastic collaboration skills and ability to work through feedback constructively. Amongst others, you’ll work closely with our editors, designers, data & system specialists and field marketers
  • A minimum of several years of experience owning and being accountable to the return on paid ad spend, building pipeline and hitting targets in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with the following acquisition channels: Paid Search (Adwords), Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn), SEO, Display & Remarketing, Affiliate
  • A track record of delivering results through organic growth initiatives
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention)
  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (a must-have) (eg Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics)

What we’ll love about you

  • That you’re self-driven, analytical and structured in your approach, and a great collaborator. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, and a dash of B2B and/or SaaS marketing experience would be a big plus.

  • Previous experience working with PPC, social media, display advertising, email marketing, chat bots, webinar programs, website optimization, in-product promotions, using analytics software, and more.
