Analytics is a relatively new department within our organization, and we are building a new web-based analytics platform for our customers.

In the team, we are focused on building software for the utility sector to enable our clients to reduce the waste of energy and water globally. The software is designed cloud native on Azure, based on a microservice architecture.

You will be a member of a cross-functional development department consisting of 25 people divided in 3 squads. Part of the department is placed in Malaga. Together we strive to do highly agile development and have an experimental approach to how we work. We share knowledge and strive to learn through experimentation.

DevOps Engineer with focus on continuous delivery

In the newly establish position as DevOps Engineer your goal is to ensure that deploying and monitoring is a natural part of the daily operations in our Analytics team. You will be responsible for creating tools to ensure meaningful monitoring and automation to ensure system performance and enabling autonomy in the 3 engineering teams. You will have a central role in helping each team, setting the direction for how to do continuous deployment into Azure with a focus on automation, security and zero downtime.

Besides that, your task will also be to measure and monitor system performance and how azure resources are utilized with focus on the cost development.

We expect that you have experience with some of these tools:

• Azure Resource Manager
• Azure (Application Insights, Cosmos DB, Functions, Event Hubs, Databricks)
• Service fabric
• Jenkins
• Atlassian Stack
• Octopus deploy
• Sonarqube

Efter sommerferien tager vi imod det første hold af studerende på diplomingeniøruddannelsen i Maskinteknik, Campus Herning. Derfor udvider vi fra d. 1. september 2019 vores afdeling i Herning med en lektor/adjunkt, som er fagligt dygtig, har et stort drive, og som gerne vil tage del i arbejdet med at forme og udvikle et nyt innovativt vidensmiljø inden for det maskintekniske område. Sammen med kollegaerne skal du bidrage til at styrke Ingeniørhøjskolens fortsatte udvikling og etableringen af vores nye uddannelse i Herning.

I stillingen kommer du til at undervise i fagene inden for robot-applikationer og automatisering. Som vores nye kollega bliver du en del af en faggruppe, hvor der er gode muligheder for faglig sparring, og hvor I er fælles om at videreudvikle undervisningen.

Vi funderer så vidt muligt vores undervisning i erhvervsnære problemstillinger eller cases for at sikre en relevant og praksisnær undervisning. Hvem søger vi?
Til at besætte stillingen som adjunkt/lektor leder vi efter en profil, der er uddannet diplomingeniør eller civilingeniør. Gerne suppleret med en relevant ph.d-grad. Du har minimum tre års erhvervserfaring fra en produktionsvirksomhed, hvor du har beskæftiget dig med flere af følgende:
  • Styring, regulering og automatisering af industrielle anlæg og processer
  • Moderne produktionsprocesser
  • Programmering – herunder også PLC-programmering

Vi forventer ikke, at du nødvendigvis har stor erfaring med undervisning, men det er vigtigt, at du motiveres af at arbejde med faglig formidling til ambitiøse unge mennesker.
