Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Digital Graduate handling our B2B Education platform, ACCESS, in Copenhagen.

Your mission…
As the Digital Graduate handling our ACCESS platform you will receive a lot responsibility and your biggest task will be analyse data and compile the learnings, implement a new B2B Education site, to the Nordic hairdresser. Link to our E-com site and vice versa. In the backend manage Data and collect all learnings, and transform them into better and more engaging content through the Nordic B2B e-commerce platforms. You will work with brands such as Redken, Kérastase, L'Oréal Professionnel, Matrix and many other exciting brands in the L´Oréal brand portfolio. The role reports directly to Nordic Education Director.

You will...

* Run our E-learning platform, ACCESS
* Optimize our four platforms based on data and country feedback
* Work closely with the countries to get the best user experience, to gain more users and reach the Nordic KPI's
* Master the connection and communication between ACCESS Local and ACCESS Paris, Education and Sales
* Simplify processes for reporting the daily activity and connect them to Power BI and Sales
* Manage NPS and analyse feedback to support the content creation process to get the best content on the platform, based on that data
* Start building the launch of ACCESS 2.0

You are…

* Graduated no longer than a year ago from your Master's degree
* Data driven
* A digital strong interest for e-commerce and digital content and its performance
* Having excellent communication skills in English and fluent in at least one Nordic language
* Having good analytic skills and interest
* Passionate and show interest for e-commerce, online marketing and graphic design
* Self-driven, well-organized and detail-oriented
* Having it easy to use Excel
