Can you see yourself taking on global responsibility for developing, planning, and executing digital marketing strategy for the Oticon brand? Developing, planning, and executing the global digital marketing strategy
The position of Digital Marketing Director is new within the Digital Marketing Department, and as our new director you will be the key connection between brand, global stakeholders, and the Digital Marketing department.

On a strategic/tactical level you will be responsible for the development and execution of digital brand strategy and roadmap in line with company strategy, and in close alignment with the brand organization, and you will co-drive the brand transformation towards a digital-first approach. 

In addition, you and 2-3 team members reporting to you, will drive digital marketing planning, activation and monitoring across channels and markets, while overseeing daily operations, and coordinating with key stakeholders globally and locally. All with the support of multi-brand delivery teams. Included is also the ability to

  • be a key digital advisor to the brand and other stakeholders
  • efficiently prioritize budget, focusing on ROI and use of department functions 
  • run key digital marketing projects and regular campaigns/product launches
  • ensure compliance in all processes & regular KPI reporting 
  • The role is part of the leadership team of the Digital Marketing department, and reports to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing. 

    Experienced digital marketing connoisseur with great stakeholder skills
    We are looking for a team member with several years of broad digital marketing experience in a global (or regional) capacity. Working with a brand-driven organization, preferably with a well-renowned brand, is not new to you, and you know what it takes to achieve results in larger, international organizations with a diverse stakeholder landscape. 

    You have experience translating company strategy to digital marketing strategy over development, and implementation of effective digital campaigns, and with product launches and content activation.
     
    If you have experience with team management, it’s considered a plus. Setting a clear direction and secure senior management buy-in both globally and locally, and navigate in change, and manage uncertainty comes natural to you. 
     
    Most likely you have a higher degree in digital, communication, marketing or similar.
     
    Finally, you combine strategic outlook with a can-do attitude and exceptional personal drive, in which the values and vision of the company are primary drivers, and ROI on digital activity the primary outcome.

    Working under the Global Marketing umbrella, Digital Marketing is a team of about 35 ambitious professionals split into brand and delivery functions across Denmark, Switzerland, and Poland. We are responsible for the digital marketing of four global hearing aid brands within the Hearing Instrument Group (HIG), the wholesale division of Demant: Oticon, Philips, Bernafon and Sonic. We have ambitious strategic objectives to fulfill, and we are currently in the middle of several exciting digital projects & strategic processes. At the same time, it is it is important for us to have fun and we are informal, straight-forward, and we take teamwork-life balance seriously.
