Because in all modesty, that’s why we’re here ABOUT THE ROLEAs Digital Marketing Manager in Onomondo, you’ll develop, own and execute our marketing strategy and digital campaigns, soup to nuts, creating the right B2B-buzz and hordes of inbounds to fuel our Sales team.This is a unique career opportunity for the highly ambitious, MarTech savvy person to join a growth venture, create unmistakable results and to sooner than later head up our marketing team. The team will grow in people and budget as your results and outstanding personality pave the way.This role is newly established, and it requires a collaborative spirit, an analytical mind, a creative heart and growth hacking guts. You will report to the CCO, who will be actively sparring with you, and you’ll work closely with our Content Manager (in search) as well as the Sales and Customer Success teams.WHAT YOU’LL DO- Translating the commercial strategy of the business into a marketing strategy and digital marketing activities- Developing new & creative growth strategies through digital marketing- Re-building, owning and operating a new website as the gateway for our business and customers- Planning, executing and purposefully reporting towards KPI & ROI on all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email, SoMe etc.- Creating a strong flow of qualified inbound leads and integrate with Sales via HubSpot- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners- Inspiring and leading the way for our business based on your area of expertiseWHAT YOU’LL NEED- 3-8 years of digital marketing experience within SaaS, B2B, tech or tele and in a high-paced environment with a successful track record of consistently meeting/exceeding goals or quotas- Preferably, not a must, experience in managing a small to mid-size team- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, CRM integration (HubSpot), email, Google Ads, SoMe and/or display advertising campaigns- Commercially creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert- Experience in building and optimizing websites and user funnels- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement- A passion for tech and an understanding of IoT and the possibilities it provides for people, profit and the planet- Quick learning attributes that enable you to pivot and work through ambiguity- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills (proficiency in English)- Excellent interpersonal skills; active listening, communication, negotiation, empathyWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?A unique opportunity to make a big difference in a cool Copenhagen-based tech startup on a mission to conquer and connect the world through IoT.
