The opportunity

In this position you will join a startup in an interesting phase of growth, where you will have direct and tangible influence on our product. You will shape the roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Director and an enthusiastic operational organisation to help you realise your ideas.

As a Product Manager at Cobiro you will champion the needs of all the SMB’s using Cobiro today and in the future. You will apply your critical thinking and expert understanding of user experiences to improve our digital platform from data insights, user feedback and market opportunities. As Product Manager you will have daily contact with our marketing team, and hands-on experience with online advertisement (for example Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) will definitely be a bonus.

You will work in close collaboration with the development team, and if you have an understanding, a background, or strong interest in IT / Development, you will feel right at home.

Responsibilities

You will work with continuous optimisation of user journey, and have the responsibility of epics, stories, and documentation for product development.

In daily life, you will be working closely with development, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams to collect and prioritize product inputs, and making data driven decisions for UI, design and functionality.

You will be conducting user interviews and market research, and define and track KPIs and metrics to measure results. You will also be responsible for managing the product roadmap and contributing to the overall product strategy.

 

Your Knowledge and Skills:

We imagine you could for example be an experienced product manager, product owner, a metrics-driven UX/UI designer, or growth hacker who understands technology and online advertising. You should have the following skills: 

  • Solid experience with UX/UI principles
  • Effective communication of user experience data, design proposals and product specifications at management levels
  • Balance research-driven, quantitatively supported planning with strong intuition and quick decision-making
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
