Want to drive digital transformation at Rockwool Nordics that grow our business? If yes, then you might be the new Digital Project Manager for our Nordic Marketing & Digital team.


We are looking for an innovative, detail-orientated Digital Project Manager to join our marketing team. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing digital projects such as marketing automation, optimizing marketing sites, integrating PIM etc. You will be responsible for improving user experience, developing new concepts, using Google Analytics for monitoring and reporting, identifying and resolving issues. You should be able to juggle different tasks and liaise with various stakeholders.

To be successful as a Digital Project Manager, you should have sound knowledge of content management systems and SEO practices have an excellent technical background, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.


With your ability to think strategically and execute methodically, you understand how to turn customer insights into seamless customer experience by utilising todays marketing technologies.


  • Project management of digital projects and activities in collaboration with different stakeholders across the business both Nordic and in Global.
  • Plan and align rollouts of digital technology in the Nordic countries
  • Be accountable for technical maintenance and development of Nordic websites and marketing automation platform
  • Implement and utilize digital technology and platform to improve customer experience and marketing performance
  • Continuous reporting on Marketing Performance KPIs
  • Secure data availability and connectivity across marketing activities and campaigns
  • Using SEO best practices, and Google Analytics

  • Min. 3 years of experience from digital roles in either agency or marketing department
  • BSc in Digital Marketing or similar
  • Proven experience with web technologies (html, javascript, php and .net)
  • Analytical, structured and strong communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Great experience working with ecommerce, CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation
  • Ambitious, energetic and pro-active attitude
  • Good English skills - written and verbal

    You will become a member of an ambitious team wanting to improve marketing performance and we really need some digital power. You will be a key player in the Nordic marketing team influencing how we operate and improve customer experience and marketing performance in the Nordics. You get to work Nordic and Globally with key strategic digital projects and at the same time see the local execution through.

    You will be part of a Nordic Marketing and Communication team of appr. 33 team members across the Nordics. You report to head of Marketing and Digital with approximately 6 Nordic colleagues. As we cover all of the Nordic countries, you should expect some travel to meet with colleagues in Oslo, Helsinki and Jönköping – typically once a month depending on the need. 

    In addition, you will step into an organisation in which helping each other out and discussing ideas is part of our everyday way of working. We are all ambitious in our quest for finding new solutions – but no more than we allow ourselves the luxury of enjoying what we do.
