Director of Commercial Operations is looking for our new Director of Commercial Operations to lead the Commercial Operations Team. You will be building enterprise value by supplying the tooling infrastructure for the whole business to work seamlessly, collecting data to continuously getting better in every commercial aspect, and leading all cross-departmental change management projects.  You will also be implementing the learnings derived from these data and tooling insights. As Director of Commercial Operations you will be reporting directly into the COO of Falcon, leading his right-hand team for all major commercial support functions.

What you'll do

    • You will take on responsibility for all aspects of the commercial operations team, specifically all “heavy” Commercial Tooling (SFDC, Marketo, Gainsight, Looker), Business Intelligence, and cross-departmental Project Management.
    • You will lead a team of 9 highly ambitious, intelligent, and specialized experts in their respective fields.
    • You will support the COO on a number of commercial initiatives affecting almost all commercial teams.
    • You will continue to build the Commercial Tooling “Product” to further optimize processes, derive insights, and positively impact Falcon with data-driven decisions.

What you have

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team of diverse specialists/consultants.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and being responsible for tools being used by almost the whole organization.
    • Expert knowledge of tools like SFDC and Marketo.
    • A successful track record of managing large-scale, cross-departmental projects.
    • Proven ability to drive change up and down the organization using data as the argumentative basis.
    • Strong drive to learn and constantly improve industry knowledge.
    • Ability to prioritize the teams’ projects to best support company growth
