Document Capture Supporter

Continia Software is looking for a service-minded support engineer to join our Document Capture support team in Nørresundby.

Continia Software is one of the world's leading suppliers of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central add-on solutions for invoice and payment management. Our solutions have been sold and implemented worldwide by our extensive network of 800-plus partners for more than 25 years.

As we continue to grow, our partners’ demand for outstanding support grows as well, which is why we are currently looking for a new support engineer to strengthen our highly skilled Document Capture support team. Besides partner support, the position will also – to a lesser extent – include testing as well as the updating and maintenance of articles related to product support.

As a support engineer, your tasks will be to:  

  • Provide daily support via phone, email, or our web-based helpdesk platform to Danish and international Microsoft Dynamics partners who need help with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and use of Document Capture.
  • Reproduce reported issues and communicate these issues to our development team.
  • Test new functionality.
  • Document frequently asked questions and answers.
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and the Document Capture development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution features.

We believe that candidates with the following skill set and experience will be successful in this role:

  • A positive and service-minded attitude, eager to assist our partners in solving their issues, and happy to provide excellent support.
  • Ability to understand, solve, and – whenever necessary – reproduce issues, often in collaboration with our development team.
  • A genuine interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
  • Ability to work in a structured way and to focus on multiple tasks.
  • Ability to collect and convey requests and ideas for new features in future versions of Document Capture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English.
  • Danish language skills an advantage.
  • Experience with Document Capture, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other Continia solutions an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server environments and their technical configuration is an advantage.
