Responsibilities:

You will be part of shaping the role, starting with these areas of responsibilities:

·       Be responsible for the developing programs and structures improving the go-to-market results with our technology partners.

·       Develop 1:1 go-to-market plans with selected technology partnerships having a significant impact on Milestone’s business growth.

·       Collaborate with Milestone regional stakeholders to co-develop our commercial strategy for technology partners.

·       Develop and engage in strong cross-collaborate with the Technology Partner Program team owning the technical side of the relations, Marketing, Sales Leadership and others.

·       Identify and execute on specific efforts such as campaigns, sales tools, etc. designed to leverage Technology Partners in the Milestone sales effort. 

·       Provide expertise and knowledge about the technology partners’ business, how their solutions work jointly with Milestone and in activities that lead to commercial value for both Milestone and our technology partners. You are expected to have a good technical understanding of the solutions and integrations that the technology partner develops, promotes and sells, and how these work with Milestone’s products and technology.

Professional Qualifications:

·       Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

·       Background in IT, software engineering, channel marketing and/or business development in a business working closely with the channel.

·       7-10 years’ experience in one or more of the following industries: IT, physical security or telecommunications.

·       Experience with building partner programs.

·       Willingness to travel – Approximately 25% of the time.

·       Excellent presentation skills both in front of smaller and larger audiences.

·       Exceptionally adept at viewing user challenges and translating into scalable actions.

·       Ability to see and articulate a vision to stakeholders of varying technical and business acumen.
