The Role

As E-Key Account Coordinator for Pure Players, and (Maternity leave) your most important role is to support the E-Key Account Manager making us stand strong on the e-retailer platforms by being present with our premium product portfolio. You will be a key player working with internal and external stakeholders. The role covers the entire metadata flow from retrieving assets from our brands to make them accessible to our customers, as well as opening E-retailer Brand Boutiques in close corporation with customers. 

Your Key Responsibilities
More specifically, you will:

  • be in charge of Product Data and Assets coordination for retailers for product launches for Pureplayers, and
  • maintain and develop meta data platforms such as Plytix, Vocast and improve dataflow (Assets) to retailers
  • be in charge of masterdata changes, such as implementing filters and product advantages 
  • implement Brand Boutique openings at our e-retailers and optimize and maintain their sites
  • do banner updates for and Pureplayers
  • optimize various digital projects 

  • Qualifications

    Your Qualifications

  • Data flow experience with understanding of project and process design, methodology, tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including e-retailers, global teams, divisions & brands at regional and local level.
  • Define and organize project steering activities, advice and review the overall plan and status of the project.
  • Ability to drive key activities and initiatives to completion that needs joint effort from technology teams, stakeholders and third-party teams
  • A quick learner and full of self-motivated, sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively work smart and coordinate multiple pieces of work at the same time.
  • Teamwork in a multinational environment.
  • experience of launching global/regional assets at a local level is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, and one of the Nordic Languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian).

You thrive with doing routine work and follow-up making sure we are first in class on our e-retailer sites, and at the same time not afraid to challenge the existing set-up. You are a team player and love building strong relationships both internally in our matrix organization and towards customers.
