E-Mail & Marketing Automation Specialist

Are you an experienced Pardot marketing automation ninja, looking for an opportunity to shape global demand in a fast-paced SaaS environment? Then this is a perfect job opportunity for you so make sure to get in touch. 

We are looking for an experienced Pardot Marketing Automation specialist  to join our corporate MarTech team in Copenhagen. You will be our domain expert and help establish a Center of Excellence that will be responsible for strategy, competence development, and the continuous development and implementation of the Pardot toolbox and email marketing best practices. You master the Pardot platform and know its strengths and weaknesses, and you have experience in getting the Marketing/Pardot world to work and connect with Sales/ Salesforce.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute digital, multi-channel marketing campaigns, identify the right channels to use, and provide guidance to field marketers on what works when they run local initiatives. 
  • Lead and own the marketeer Pardot roadmap. 
  • Manage and optimize the lead flow between Marketing and Sales. 
  • Develop and optimize our lead scoring model. 
  • Optimize lead generation activities and support global demand generation programs as the e-mail marketing specialist. 
  • Analyze on continues basis different lead sources for improving conversion rates working closely with our data analyst. 
  • Continuously look for improvements in the platform and what other tools can work together with Pardot to improve efficiency and leads to sales. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as the Sales, Sales ops, Legal and Development teams to ensure alignment between departments. 
  • Create marketing automation & inbound marketing best practices & recommendations on continues basis. 

What We Require of You 

  • A few years' experience with Pardot 
  • Several years' experience in a marketing role or equivalent, preferably in B2B / Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology company with progressive growth or equivalent. 
  • Data-driven, always ensuring we’re tracking and analyzing the right metrics.  
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills needed to drive the strategy forward with key internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience managing campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor. 
  • Professional fluency in English both written and oral. 
  • Extensive knowledge within digital marketing. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Tech savvy, quick to pick up new systems. 

What we would love about you: 

  • Understanding of the digital marketing toolbox (marketing automation, digital analytics, marketing integrations, SEO, ABM, CRM, paid search, etc.). 
  • Great understanding of CRM systems, and as a bonus experience with Salesforce. 
  • Ability to think strategically, define short- and long-term plans, and execute activities on a day-to-day basis.
  • Have a proactive and innovative approach, with the ability to work from own initiative while taking other views into consideration. 
  • Capability to thrive in a matrix organization that is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and multi-cultural. 
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, analyze, and derive actionable insights and achieve desired results. 
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels. 
  • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities change often. 
  • You like out-of-the-box thinking, have a can-do attitude and are willing to go the extra mile. 
  • That you’re a true team player with great cooperation skills.
