Electronic Hardware Supporter

Job description

The success of TrackMan Indoor Golf continues, and we you are looking for the right candidate to take responsibility for specifying, sourcing and testing various electronic hardware required in the indoor system, and making sure everything fits together as a perfect package for our customers. 

If you enjoy having a high degree of personal responsibilities this could be the right position for you. You will be part of a small agile operations team but should also be able to work structured and independently. You should be willing to travel a few days a month, as you will be part of the operational team for TrackMan Golf Systems worldwide. For the right candidate this is an exciting opportunity to “keep up-to-date” with latest market tendencies and standards.

 

The key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all parts and accessories (e.g. lights, computers, cameras, screens, tablets, routers, speakers, projectors, etc.) are current and meet market standards and certifications
  • Test and verify all parts and accessories to meet requirements set out by TrackMan R&D
  • Prepare documentation for our internal sales force and installation teams
  • Ensure necessary approvals and certifications in collaboration with our Certification Engineer
  • Visit relevant international tech and hardware tradeshows (e.g. CES)


Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Technology background, e.g. Bachelor in engineering, electrician, installer or similar
  • Experience and interest in setup and integration of electronic hardware
  • Advanced computer skills (device management, configs, Microsoft Office)
  • Preferred experience in sourcing through supplier network
  • Act on commitments. What is promised is delivered!
  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
  • Build and maintain relationships easily and demonstrate perseverance
  • Manage own time effectively and efficiently. 
  • Does not let anything slip through the cracks (attention to details)
  • Fluent English on technical level both written and spoken
