If you say yes to the above, we would like to welcome you in DMS Quality Support, where we are looking for a new engineer to support investigations related to devices containing electronic modules for Digital Health. About the team DMS Quality Support is responsible for the communication and handling of complaints from suppliers, assembly sites and end customers related to devices supplied by DMS We facilitate root cause investigations, and we drive continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes through systematic problem-solving across our network. We are the most international team in DMS Hillerød and we have an environment where the opportunity of sharing and learning from each other is highly cultivated and appreciated. The job Your main task will be to handle investigations related to medical devices . In this context, you are expected to play a key role on:

  • Supporting our customers on the registration and clarification of claims related to components in the devices
  • Driving / facilitating root cause investigations together with process experts, Quality Assurance and manufacturing sites located in Europe, China, USA and Brazil
  • Pursuing robust countermeasures with positive impact in product quality, patient safety, compliance and process efficiency
  • You can expect some travelling, building relations and expanding your knowledge in a complex and challenging business environment. Qualifications
  • You possess a technical background within electronics and/or mechanical engineering and you are experienced with production environment.
  • You have worked within the Quality area in highly regulated environments (pharmaceutical and/or automotive industries for example) and you possess a strong SPS mindset.
  • You have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have experience in gathering and using data to support problem solving activities.
  • You have experience with the investigation of nonconformities, deviations and customer complaints.
  • You have great communication and collaboration skills, and you are expected to be fluent in English and you can communicate in Danish.
  • You thrive on working across departments in an international organisation.
