Microsoft GBB Technology Solutions Professionals main goal is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our technology.  You will work in a team, enabling the customers through digital transformation by leveraging the Intelligent Cloud and Intelligent Edge.  GBB Technology Solutions Professionals are expected to be able to both own and win the customers technical decisions, as well as find new opportunities through their contacts and work they are on for sales people to further pursue. 

As a TSP, you will be a senior technical solution sales leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers.  You will work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our solutions, that lead to winning technical decisions made by customers and support achieving/exceeding SQL Server and Azure data services revenue and usage/consumption. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across our Microsoft Data Platform and non-Microsoft technologies.   

Because of the relative complexity of these opportunities, the GBB TSP forms strong v-teams across Microsoft and beyond. Candidates align their efforts with the GBB SSPs, our mainstream field sellers, Microsoft Enterprise Services, SI and ISV partner sales executives, and Microsoft’s broader field leadership.  GBB TSPs possess extensive experience with executive customer relationships and connections both in the US and internationally.  GBB TSPs also possess deep knowledge of our competitor’s offerings, sales strategies, and relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

You will help customers make technical decisions to build tomorrow’s business and IT solutions based on Microsoft technology.

  • You will lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proof of concepts, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft's products and services, and how we can make their businesses more successful.
  • You will lead to clear technical, competitive and security blockers to accelerate Data Platform sales and customer usage.
  • You will own winning the technical decision at customers for sales opportunities and usage scenarios, through tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show our technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making.
  • You will work with partners and others at Microsoft, as well as use our core tools, social connection tools, and AI driven data to extend your reach and the reach of your team, focusing on satisfying important customer needs

You will be a vital connection and orchestration point for a variety of technical resources, by:

  • Orchestrating complex solutions with internal and external partners for multiple Microsoft products and services.
  • Helping identify and diagnose technical, architectural, and competitive blockers and respective solutions for sales opportunities and usage decision blockers and helping ensure that these solutions are implemented.

  • 50% of your time will be spent as a key technical leader and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Microsoft Data Platform solutions. Being a member of the sales opportunity team, you will give technical presentations, demonstrations, help execute proof of concepts and design solutions leveraging partners as needed. Qualifications

Technical Solution Leader

  • Data Platform architect. The expertise and ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative technical architectures in the Data Platform space integrating with the customers architecture required
  • Cloud Trust. High-level expertise in sophisticated identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance requirements, and experience integrating them into cloud and hybrid solutions required.
  • Technical breadth. Enterprise customer level experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures and adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standards required.
  • Technical depth. Domain authority, having enterprise customer level technical experience with design, configuration and implementation of SQL Server and Azure SQL DB, CosmosDB, Data OSS technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL as well as competitive product knowledge required

Om stillingen

Du bliver en del af Presse og Kommunikationsteamet, som er en stabsfunktion i styrelsens Direktions- og Strategisekretariat, hvor du vil indgå i et tæt samarbejde med kontorets øvrige medarbejdere. Vi er et nyetableret team med en bred vifte af kommunikationsopgaver – både interne og eksterne. Alle har ansvar for sin egen del af opgaveporteføljen, men det er vigtigt for os at dele viden, give hinanden faglig sparring og løfte i flok.

Dine primære opgaver bliver:

  • selvstændigt at varetage og udvikle styrelsens tilstedeværelse på de sociale medier på et strategisk og forretningsunderstøttende plan
  • at planlægge og lave indhold til sociale medier pt. LinkedIn (opslag, video, fotos mv.)
  • at være styrelsens interne videojournalist med ansvar for hele produktionen fra ideudvikling, planlægning, storyboard, optagelse til endelig redigering
  • at rådgive og undervise internt på dine ansvarsområder.


Alt efter din faglige profil vil du indgå i den resterende opgaveportefølje i teamet, som fx webmaster på ufst.dk, kommunikationsrådgiver, ”husfotograf” eller journalistisk arbejde generelt.

Presse- og Kommunikationsteamets opgave er at sikre, at styrelsen kommunikerer effektivt og professionelt, samt at Udviklings-og Forenklingsstyrelsens identitet og brand kommunikeres tydeligt og attraktivt internt såvel som eksternt. Det indebærer blandt andet ansvaret for pressehåndtering (herunder pro- og reaktiv presse, medietræning mv), intern kommunikation, direktørens præsentationer, styrelsens hjemmeside, tilstedeværelse på sociale medier og visuel kommunikation, herunder fotografering og videoproduktion.

Vi er syv kolleger i kommunikationsteamet, der alle har reference til kontorchefen i Direktions- og Strategisekretariatet. Det faglige ansvar for den samlede kommunikationsopgave er placeret hos kommunikations- og pressechefen.

Om dig

Du har en relevant uddannelse som journalist, cand.comm., cand.merc. (kom) eller anden samfunds- eller kommunikationsfaglig uddannelse. Du har erfaring med flere af ovenstående opgaver herunder erfaring med videoproduktion fra A-Z, og denne erfaring er gerne opnået i en it-faglig organisation eller i en større politisk organisation. Du har evnerne til og motiveres af at arbejde i et tempofyldt, foranderligt og komplekst miljø.
