Data management – Data crunching – Administration - Training
Are you starting a Masters’s program or are you in the middle of your M.Sc./M.A? If you would like to combine your studies with practical experience working with data analytics and talent processes in a global medico company, this might be the student position for you. 
As a part of the Global Talent Management, you will be supporting the team members in diverse administrative tasks and get a good understanding of HR responsibilities in HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, HR administrative tasks and training administration. 

The job

To become successful, you must be a data cruncher with a human approach. You are motivated by working in a changing and transactional/administrative environment having focus on processes and delivery. You find it motivating to find out how to make the daily work more efficient using support from IT systems minimizing manual workload and risk of poor quality.  

Your responsibilities and tasks will among others include: 

• End to end administration of Employee Engagement – Setting up the org mapper, setting up Kenexa portal, and being an expert in generating employee engagement reports

• Working in close collaboration with the HR analyst to generate HR analytics reports

• Assist the L&D team in setting up the training and assessments as required – mainly invoicing

• Updation of organization charts

• Updating SharePoint sites

• Ad hoc and project assignments

• Training operational work (booking a room , arranging for coffee and coordinating with external stakeholders if required)

We believe that the following formal qualifications improve your chances of success:
• Preferably in the beginning of your Master’s degree Taking responsibility, being engaged and committed about what you do as well as: 

• Willing to take on challenging tasks in processing data using Excel.

• Quick learner – especially with regard to HR IT systems

• Systematic and structured approach, not leaving anything behind.

• Analytical and detail oriented.

• On time deliveries

• Team player being willing to take on own responsibilities.The job includes contact with our global community so it is required that you are fluent in English both verbal and in writing.  

IT skills:

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office programs incl. PowerPoint

• High level skills working in Excel - experience with pivot is required

• Knowledge of SharePoint administration is preferred
