Enterprise Architect to Personal Banking Architecture in Nordea

We are looking for a portfolio level Enterprise Architect to assist in our Personal Banking architecture department. 

This is an opportunity for you to engage with senior leaders in Nordea in translating and formulation our transformation towards becoming a digital bank into actionable target and transition architecture for change initiatives.

Machine learning, robotics, cloud computing. We’re harnessing the power of technology to reinvent the future of banking. A digital revolution is underway – joining us puts you at the heart of it.

Working with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, you’ll play a part in making us truly digital. We all have a role in building the best bank that serves our customers’ changing needs – through innovative solutions, collaboration and partnering with fintechs.

 Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Group Architecture, Personal Banking Architecture, where our unit supports the Senior leadership team in Personal Banking with steering change initiatives from a business and technology architecture point of view. We make sure that Nordea personal banking is capable to deliver on the customer agenda from an enterprise architecture perspective.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define target and transition architectures
  • Present and pitch strategic proposals to Personal Banking’s Leadership team.
  • Drive architecture communities of practice
  • Assess alignment of initiatives to targets 

 

The role could be based in one of the four Nordic capitals. We welcome you to a team that is in the forefront of adopting agile on the development portfolio management.
