Do you want to help implement, validate and maintain equipment? Are you an academic with strong maintenance and validation skills, ready to take responsibility for keeping our operational equipment running in a manufacturing setup with very high-quality standards?

 

If yes, then you could be our new Equipment Responsible.

 

The Position

We are looking for 2 new colleagues to join us – one of the open positions requires more project management.

 

You will be part of the equipment support team responsible for securing stable performance for a variety of equipment in the tablet production. The job will also be focusing on optimization and maintenance of the equipment and their validated state in close collaboration with your highly skilled and dedicated colleagues.

 

Your tasks will be to:

  • Ensure that the equipment is ready for production within the industry's requirements.

  • To participate on the daily support with expert knowledge for handling incidents, change requests, deviations and projects.

  • Find the correct root cause which we can base corrective and preventive measures on.

  • Optimize the projects and make sure that they will be able to meet the growing demands of the future.

 

To handle a project, you could have the task to perform as a project manager and take care of all tasks within the project. It could be tasks where you need to involve stakeholders within our own organisation or/and with external stakeholders. In alignment with our Circular for Zero strategy in Novo Nordisk, this will also include ensuring a sustainable agenda with the ultimate aspiration to have net zero environmental impact from our production.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology Management or Mechanical Engineering. Maskinmester could also work for this position.

  • Experience with maintenance and validation from the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.

  • GMP regulation knowledge will be a plus, but not required.

  • Experience in working with change requests, requirement specifications, validation and test, as well as deviations will be seen as an advantage.

  • Experience working as project manager will be an advantage.

  • Fluency in English.

  

You will work closely with different professional groups, so good collaboration and communication skills are highly valued. On a personal level you are result-oriented, good at planning and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player and that you can motivate others around you.

 

About the Department

Oral Finished Products (OFP) Production consists of approx. 230 dedicated employees in 2 areas: Bulk Tablet Production and Pack. The vacant positions as Equipment Supporter it’s in a newly established department in OFP F1 Bulk Production. The department consists of approx. 30 dedicated employees with responsibility for establish equipment for our 2 Generation tablet production.

 

In Oral Finished Products (OFP), we set ourselves the ambitious goal of being the first on the market with a tablet containing a GLP-1 based drug. With this ground-breaking tablet we can finally offer patients with type 2 diabetes an alternative to the injectable preparations.
