The IT Department today and tomorrow

The IT department consists of two teams/functions responsible for the global IT setup; ERP and Infrastructure, where you will play an important part in the ERP team. Due to a continuous wish to strengthen our business through smarter use of our primary systems, we need to strengthen our internal capacity within this area. The team is responsible for ensuring optimal use of the systems, challenging processes and identity problems and possible improvements, and qualify solutions in Service Desk tool. All in close cooperation with employees and managers across the organization

 

Tasks

Daily tasks will primarily evolve around our improvement project of the D365FO, where you need to identify opportunities for improvement together with the organization. Furthermore, the normal workday will also involve ad-hoc support to our users and super-users assigned to you though our Service Desk.

Primary tasks:

  • Participate in the D365 improvement project.
  • Knowledge of or the desire to learn one or more of the following modules/add-ons:
    • ExFlow IWF
    • AMC Banking
    • T&A
    • Project module
    • Budget module
  • Maintenance and compose SOP, guides and training of users.
  • Knowledge of Cubes and PowerBI would be preferred, but is not a must-have.

 

Our infrastructure is primarily based on the following technologies:

  • Microsoft SQL analysis services (Cubes)
  • Microsoft PowerBI
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
  • Microsoft Axapta 3.0 (to be discontinued)

 

Your profile

We are imagining that you have minimum 2 years of experience as an ERP specialist/consultant, finance controller or similar - your education background is not important, but rather your experience with D365FO or similar ERP systems, combined with your analytic and structured approach to the challenges are the key to your success.  

We also value:

  • Knowledge on Microsoft SQL Analysis Services and cubes
  • General knowledge on value chain management and MRP/MPS

 

English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.
