Exceptional senior level recruiter - project position

We are seeking an exceptional senior level recruiter, to join our recruitment team. You will be recruitment partner to our leaders across different business units. The position is six month with the possibility of extension.

Search, recruit and inspire
You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent to join Systematic. We are looking for someone with creative ideas on how to pipeline talent for the future.

Duties of the role:

  • Manages full life cycle of recruitment process from discovery meeting with hiring manager, sourcing and screenings candidates, submitting the most qualified candidates to hiring team, participating in the interview process, hiring decision, and completing offer negotiations
  • Search both active and passive candidates through multiple channels
  • Creates and implements data driven recruitment strategies to identify the best talent in the market
  • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
  • Develops and implements cost effective sourcing and advertising that will minimize the time it takes to fill positions
  • Provides exceptional experience to internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Identify gaps in our recruitment- and interview process and provides recommendations of improvement
  • Documents candidate evaluation and interview process

The job is anchored in our recruitment team as a part of our People & Culture department.

Experienced recruiter in the technical area
We expect you to:

  • Have an education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Have 7-10 years of recruiting experience. Preferable with experience within recruiting for the area of software
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing with many different stakeholders and at all levels of the organization
  • Have a good business understanding and are quick to get into business issues
  • Have experience with implementing new ideas for attracting talent and building talent pipelines
  • Speak and write fluent in English

In addition, you want to travel 10-30 days a year, are willing to take on new tasks and tackle new challenges in an organization in rapid growth.
