The position


As Executive Search Partner, you will take full ownership of end-to-end searches at VP level and across all our business areas and geographies. Your flawless delivery and attention to candidate and candidate experience will be vital for ensuring value-adding services to our senior stakeholders.

Through your market mappings, talent sourcing and selection you will deliver high-calibre and diverse senior leaders to key positions at Novo Nordisk. As you will be responsible for end-to-end client-facing recruitments, you will build productive and sustainable relations with our business leaders. Also, delivering effective support and effecting influence on hiring decisions based on substantiated and fact-based advice.


Furthermore, you will work closely together with colleagues from Global People & Organisation and draw upon expertise in other Centres of Excellences and the business understanding of our HR Business Partners.


As a diverse and global team, we may require to work with different timezones to support the processes in all regions.
 

Qualifications

  • You hold an academic degree within HR, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 5 - 7 years’ experience from a similar in-house talent, headhunting or executive search role in a global company/firm working closely with C-Suite hiring teams.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing relations with global stakeholders and a solid understanding of business and organisational complexity.
     
  • Experience in driving the complete recruitment process and including face-to-face and virtual interviewing.
  • As a person, you have an inclusive style and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You have solid presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken and you feel comfortable in advising and challenging C-level executives.

    You welcome high levels of change and complexity and are well versed in adapting quickly to diverse cultural settings and new ways of working. Finally, you have a strong moral compass and set of values, which you will not compromise on.
     

    This position is open globally and may apply for different locations within Europe and Asia.
    Travel may be required in connection with the recruitment processes.

    You will join our high-performing Global Senior Leadership Search (SLS) team as part of Global Talent Attraction Team. As part of Global People & Organisation, Talent Attaraction focuses on integrating the best talent to the organisation. We are nine engaged colleagues responsible for leadership search globally, based in Denmark (HQ), US, and Brazil.
