Experienced Academic to Technical Support in Aseptic Production

The job

In this position you will drive improvements, optimisations and ensure operational stability of production equipment together with the technician-team. You will be:

  • Participating in internal and external meeting and inspections as well as planning trainings in collaboration with team leaders
  • Supporting the daily operation and educating the technician-team on developing their knowledge of Equipment, Automation and PLC
  • Handling qualification, change requests and deviation related to production equipment and facilities
  • Supervising and training technicians in Good Manufacturing Process (GMP)
  • Analysing data to drive optimisations and improvements of the factory and predict breakdowns in the production
  • We are the factory of the future, and you’ll have the chance to work with new technology where all the latest technology that will come into our production sites comes through our factory first.

    In the near future, we will focus on decreasing our maintenance tasks and time, so there will be plenty of opportunities to use your analytical skills to contribute to our goal to get our products even quicker to our patients.


    You have a strong technical background with a bachelor or master's degree as a mechanical engineer, production engineer or similar. You have substantial experience in aseptic production with filling facilities or isolator and is passionate about equipment and GMP documentation. Have you worked with the manufacturing of filling machines and/or equipment? -We would like to hear from you as well.

    You have experience with qualifications (IQ, PQ, etc.), processes optimisations, change request, deviations related to production equipment and facilities. It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP Jump and PLC.

    As you will collaborating and educating technician, good communication skills are essential. You thrive in a dynamic environment and act proactively and independent. You pay attention to details and do not compromise the quality of your work.

    The department

    You will work in our aseptic production, APX, in the department 'Filling & Inspection', consisting of 103 engaged colleagues. We are currently working on preparing our new production line for the filling of insulin pens for production. The APX Project, which has some of the latest state-of-the-art technologies, has been ongoing since 2015, and we are now finishing the last validations and tests before starting production.

    You will be a part of the team 'Technical Support' and 13 engaged and talented colleagues with various backgrounds as Technicians and Technical supporters. Together, you are responsible for ensuring the filling lines, equipment, and processes are running and functioning optimally.
