Your professional qualifications and background should include:

  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification; Routing and Switching preferred. All other Cisco Network certifications are considered positive.
  • Experienced in design and implementation of larger business critical networks
    • Experience with ITIL to safeguard operational maturity is required
    • Ability to configure, implement and support routers using various routing protocols, including BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS and OSPF
    • Ability to configure, implement and support Cisco based routers and switches, ASA firewalls with FirePOWER technology, IPsec VPNs, Wireless Access-Points, and Wireless LAN Controllers
    • Strong knowledge in MPLS
    • Experience with Check Point firewall is helpful, but not required
