Are you an experienced Citrix NetScaler Specialist who knows what it takes to deliver high quality work? Would you like to be part of a global Network Operations team supporting multinational customers?
NNIT is looking for an advanced Application Delivery Controller/Load Balancing Operations specialist to join our team in Denmark. We have already colleagues in Czech and the Philippines doing NetScaler solutions. Currently our main technologies are Citrix NetScaler.
You must have at least 7 years of working in Europe or being a Danish citizen, as you may need to have security clearances in order to work with certain customers.
Your Responsibilities As Citrix Netscaler(ADC) Specialist
You have a strong mindset, are flexible and can plan and execute your own tasks. You value good documentation and supporting processes and put honor in what you do.
Operations vary from minor adjustments on existing environments, transition to new environments, daily operation tasks, sw. qualification, patching, be a part of delivering services on large enterprise solutions.
You will work with a variety of tasks and your responsibilities will include:
Working on smaller assignments with full costumer contact and as part of a team collaborating with architects, client, project managers and other stakeholders. Implementing the right solution through dialog with the customer and design agreed upon and ensure Stabil operation. Daily operational tasks Be a part of our On Call Team Responsible for implementing changes and service request as well as troubleshoot Incidents with the right level of documentation in order to comply with the required compliance level, whether it is within the public or pharmaceutical sector. Furthermore, you will take part in normal operations maintenance such as patch, license renewal and audits responsibility, where our contributions are included in the delivery. You Have In-depth Knowledge of
Advanced understanding about Application Delivery Controle, especially on the NetSaler SDX platform. Work with application and network teams to troubleshoot load balancing issues. Implementation of content switching/filtering policies. Implementation of responder and redirection policies. Analyze web traffic in general Basic understanding of web server configuration Your Qualifications And Experience
The ideal candidate has an educational background within computer science, engineering or similar.
Broad Network knowledge combined with years of experience working with NetScaler ADC on VPX/MPX/SDX will be an advantage .
You Have Experience Within
Create and handle incidents, change, service request and cleanup activities. Coordinating change requests with Application teams and other relevant teams. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler devices. Good hands-on experience with NetScaler configuration and troubleshooting knowledge and understanding about SSL certificates related issues with Application Delivery Controllers. Ability to and understanding of troubleshoot LAN and WAN environments. Test sw. releases Keep documentation updated And Have Knowledge Of
ITIL Management framework
OSI 7-layer network model TCP/IP stack Preparing technical documents Other loadbalancing products such as F5 BIG-IP, Kemp LoadMaster, etc. As a person you like to keep yourself updated on new technologies - especially in technologies from Citrix. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with certificates, network, security, and virtualization.
You have strong communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written English.
