Experienced linear motion / robotics engineer

On behalf of Adapa ApS Workindenmark is looking for an Experienced Linear Motion / Robotics Engineer.

Your position will primarily involve the responsibility for development and production of the mould’s linear motion parts (stepper motors, leadscrew and drives), presentation of new motion ideas, documentation of performance and QC.

You will be part of a dedicated and young team, which handles new development in a dynamic business every day and gets a great satisfaction in inventing, developing and designing unique and innovative solutions. In addition, you will have the opportunity to set out the new invention lines for the mechanical department.

There will be set high demands to your skills, since Adapa is a small company where everyone have different skills and responsibilities. This means that you will need to resolve a large part of your tasks independently, while the employees also act as one team where each employee actively is expected to have insight into all aspects of development and help in pressed situations.

Desired Skills and Experience

- You have previously worked extensively with design and manufacturing of mechanical systems or development of linear motion systems and robotics.

- You are skilled at working creatively and well organized both independently and in teams.

- You are an experienced user of CAD programs like Solidworks, Catia, Matlab or Rhino3D.

- You are a practical person in both working with your hands and mind.

- You are familiar with solving advanced FEA problems.

- You are interested in developing your experience and knowledge concerning the entire process of new machinery from concept to installation, documentation and certification.

- You speak fluent English or Danish.

In addition, it will be a plus if you have experience with programming of C# or C++.
