Experienced Service Delivery Manager

Do you have a strong commercial mindset and the seniority to match the most challenging and complex IT customers in the market?  We are looking for a dynamic and professional colleague who is capable of balancing between being the customer’s representative internally in NNIT while also being NNIT’s representative externally.    

Your responsibilities  

As Service Delivery Manager you will have a high focus on building relationships and be in control of the contract including the financial and commercial part.    As an experienced Service Delivery Manager you will spearhead a team while also securing the customer’s guarantee for deliveries.   You will be a strong representative for NNIT’s services, and through your professionalism, business sense and follow-up abilities you will become a valued strategic business partner for our customer.   The position does not include direct managerial responsibilities, but the job does include plenty of day-to-day management and motivation of your team across our global delivery locations.   

Your primary responsibilities will be to:  

  • Handle relations as the customer’s point of contact on a managerial level  
  • Manage the expansion of the cooperation and business with the customer  
  • Ensure improvements by customer focused service and deliveries  
  • Maintain a high satisfaction level from both the customer and internally in the customer team  
  • Report, invoice and follow up on finances  
  • Participate in bids  
  • Coordinate assignments in the team and towards our customers

Your qualifications and experience  

You are an experienced Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Application Manager or Line Manager. You get things done and at the same time you have an overview of IT operations, development and methods. Senior experience from working for an IT service provider or an international company will be an advantage.   As you will be driving global virtual teams, it is a necessity that you can communicate clearly in both Danish and English. A cultural understanding that spans across continents will thus be an advantage.   As a person you stand your ground and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are a team player who sees the bigger picture and can drive an agenda through a complex organisation, finish tasks and create results.   You are assertive, persistent, have a well-developed humour and do your outmost to contribute to the great atmosphere in the office. We evaluate applications continuously, and therefore we encourage you to apply for the position as soon as possible.
