Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

In 2017 we welcomed close to a hundred new Siteimprovers and as the growth continues, we are looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and social HR team located in our beautiful headquarters in Copenhagen.

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent to our teams in Copenhagen and for our local offices around Europe and in Canada. As a growing SaaS company we hire tech savvy sales talent, highly skilled marketing and product specialists and tech minded customer service profiles. We help each other as a team which means every once in a while you will also be helping our tech recruiter with the “hardcore” IT profiles.

You will become part of a HR team consisting of 7 highly skilled and engaged colleagues out of which 3 are Talent Acquisition Specialists – one of them headed for maternity leave. You will report to HR Director, Gitte Hemmingsen. The position is permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from discovery meeting with hiring manager, sourcing and screening candidates, submitting the most qualified candidates to the hiring team, participating in the interview process, conducting personality test feedback and assisting in the hiring decision
  • Source both active and passive candidates through multiple channels and build a pipeline of candidates
  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions including social media
  • Provide candidates as well as internal stakeholders with an exceptional experience
  • Partner with our employer branding specialist to promote Siteimprove and the specific jobs in question to candidates through events and social media
  • Be a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to the hiring managers

What We Require of You

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of recruiting within the areas of sales, marketing, customer service and product marketing. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter whether it be as an internal recruiter or within an agency.

Finding candidates with different language backgrounds and to our local country offices requires a dedicated effort, and it is therefore a must that you have a strong drive and leave no stone unturned in your quest of finding the right candidates. Furthermore we expect that you:

  • Have substantial hands-on experience with all steps of the recruitment process, including strong search skills
  • Are great at relationship building and are a strong networker
  • Have strong decision making skills and ability to be a strong recruitment partner
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

What We'll Love About You

Your experience and drive is more important to us than a specific educational background but you probably have a bachelor or master’s degree within Human Resources, Communications or Business Administration. You will primarily be recruiting to the Nordics, UK, Holland, Canada and France. If you speak any of those languages on top of a perfect English, it would be amazing.

Furthermore we’d love it if you have:

  • Experience with recruiting for IT and software companies and have a network within that area
  • Experience with psychometric test. We use PAPI 3 provided by Cubiks
