one of the leading premium fashion and lifestyle companies with around 14,600 employees worldwide and as Facilities Coordinator in the Nordic region your role will be to coordinate and handle all tasks related to Facility management, based at the HQ in Copenhagen.
It will be your responsibility to check that everything is not only presentable but also fully functional, and you will be reporting to the HUGO BOSS European HQ in London.

The fact is obvious and without a doubt You are well qualified to multitask and prioritize tasks due to your structured and organized way of working. Your persistence gets things done, and you keep track of appointments you have made. In addition to your outgoing and dynamic personality, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Danish and English, with all levels within the organization, as well as with the customers of your suppliers, whom are somewhat also your colleagues.

How can you help HUGO BOSS?

  • By Coordinating all issues related to Facilities Management for Retail and HQ Nordic based in Copenhagen.
  • Organizing, contacting, negotiating, and overlooking all contracting services, craftsmen, and suppliers for the HUGO BOSS Nordic head office & Retail sites
  • Oversee Facility Management ticket system and coordinate execution of all reactive maintenance tasks 
  • Making sure that everything is in order, down the smallest detail, thus ensuring all Nordic HUGO BOSS sites are representative and high quality.
  • Your background and skills
    HUGO BOSS is open to considering candidates with different backgrounds and varying levels of experience, although the ideal candidate has a high level of service minded and committed approach and a background in service, facility, or craftsmanship.

    Even so it is crucial that you are fluent in Danish and English, verbally and in writing. Maybe another Nordic language, although it is not a must. You are familiar with using IT in your workday, and comfortable with the MS Office Package. If you have experience with ticket software for task handling, it is an even further plus.
