Om jobbet
PET´s IT center søger en fag/team koordinator til sektionen Platform og Software. Teamet har ansvaret for de grundlæggende IT Platforme, der understøtter den daglige arbejdsgang i PET og som er en forudsætning for diverse administrative, operative, koordinerende og efterretningsmæssige værktøjer. I dette team ligger ansvaret for at sikre stabil drift, god ydeevne og udvikle og implementere højteknologiske software løsninger af forskellig karakter for alle dele af PET.

Jobbet består i, med fagligt afsæt, at sikre den daglige koordinering i teamet, med brugere og leverandøre i og uden for PET. Du har overblikket over opgaverne, optimere driftbarheden af IT systemer og styrer, helt eller delvist, enkelte udviklingsprojekter. Du vil have ansvaret for at drive problem management i sektionen og herigennem at sikre at relevante specialister tilknyttes problemløsning samt opfølgning på løsningsdokumentation og læring. Det er derfor afgørende, at du har de rette kompetencer og personlige drive, særligt inden for områderne; IT platforme, IT sikkerhed, servere, operativ systemer, rolle/rettighed og generel system og teknologiforståelse, således at du kan sparre med specialisterne i teamet og skabe fælles retning og forståelse. Du skal således have indblik i disse områder, men du anvender teamets specialister med fagkompetencer til at udfører det praktiske arbejde.
Du har et overblik over sektionens incident-pipeline, deltager i optimering af incidentsprocessen og hjælper sektionslederen med rapporter og statistik.
Du forestår indkøb og administration af løbende serviceaftaler og licenser, samt sikrer opfølgning på det tilhørende budget for teamet i samarbejde med sektionslederen. Det betyder, at du har lyst til at arbejde med økonomistyring på teamniveau og indkøb i det offentlige.
Du sikrer det faglige niveau og kompetenceudvikling for medarbejderne i teamet, hvilket betyder, at du indgår i samarbejde med en lang række samarbejdspartnere både internt og eksternt i organisationen, hvilket kræver et godt helhedssyn.
Du refererer til sektionslederen i IT Platform og Software, som har det personalemæssige ansvar for medarbejderne i teamet. Du har i det daglige et tæt samarbejde med sektionslederen og de øvrige fag og teamkoordinatorer i centeret.

Vi forventer
Vi forventer at du har en har en relevant Bachelor/Master uddannelse eller erfaring, som modsvarer dette og at du samtidig har bred erfaring med platform og forretningskritisk IT-infrastruktur.
• Flere års erfaring med drift af store IT systemer, herunder sikring af HA og performance
• Bred erfaring og forståelse af understøttende forretningskritisk IT-infrastruktur, såsom virtuel infrastruktur, SAN, backup og netværk
• Erfaring i at koordinere komplekse opgaver, på tværs af flere specialister / platforme
• Erfaring i problem management
• Det er en forudsætning, at du ud over dansk også behersker engelsk i skrift og tale.
• Kendskab og forståelse af software og infrastruktur release cykles
• Kendskab med change management processer og værktøjer
• Kendskab og forståelse af ITIL og Agile teknikker vil være en fordel
• Kendskab til og certificering i ISO27000 serien vil være en fordel

Som person er du god til at arbejde med mennesker og har gode sociale færdigheder. Du arbejder analytisk og struktureret og formår at bevare overblikket i pressede situationer. Der vil til tider være mange åbne opgaver med løbende ændringer i prioriteringen, grundet PET’s hverdag. Du har en høj skriftlighed og bidrager med proaktivt at forbedre processer, som understøtter operationel IT drift. Du har et godt kendskab til praktisk IT sikkerhed, er god til at gennemskue komplekse løsninger og deres indbyrdes afhængigheder og formår at abstrahere fra en bevist vag IT landskabsbeskrivelse i et jobopslag. Du har mod på, og interesse i at lære nyt og udvikle dig både fagligt og personligt.
Du behøver ikke have ledererfaring, men du skal have lysten og modet til at stå i spidsen for et mellemstort dynamisk team, som består af mange forskellige fagligheder.
Det er afgørende, at du generelt har stærke IT-kompetencer og kan sparre med et bredt team af specialister på mange områder og deltage i den faglige udvikling af alle medarbejderne i teamet.

Your competences include that you have a bachelor s degree in a relevant field and expert knowledge (preferably CCIE level) of modern networks and innovative technologies in the responsibility area (networks, datacentres) have experience maintaining Cisco ACI platform have expert knowledge and working experience using REST API, Python scripting and preferably also PowerShell have expert knowledge on public and private cloud solutions have good working experience designing Wi-Fi solutions in wireless-first networks. It s important that you can present a technical solution on enterprise level, work as an advisor in project work and be able to challenge the solutions presented by vendors and service providers. We expect you to have expert knowledge about continuously improving network segmentation, and you have good working experience with SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, ISE and DNA Center. You communicate effortlessly in English, both orally and in writing. It s important that you understand the importance of documentation, have a great technical overview and can act on both strategic and technical levels to support the work of IT strategy, business strategy and product portfolio, while being familiar with ITIL guidelines. Join us and become Lead Technology Consultant in the Data Centres & Networks department where you and your colleagues will have the daily responsibility for keeping our entire IT infrastructure fully updated and operational. The department is also responsible for designing, developing and driving (including Lifecycle Management) the entire network of our 150+ locations distributed around the world. We have a wireless-first strategy and have the end-to-end responsibility from the data centre into the campus of every office and production facility. We’re actively pursuing an SD-WAN strategy and we’re looking into micro-segmentation, both in our new data centres and in our campus networks.
