Siteimprove is looking for a bright and energetic team player to support our local DACH Marketing team. As our new full-time Marketing Specialist, you will support for ensuring the ongoing success and brand awareness of Siteimprove in the DACH region. This role will offer great opportunities to participate in special assignments and projects, which will enhance your career development and personal growth. This is a fast-paced, high-growth culture so our new Marketing Specialist will need to be a self-starter with strong initiative and drive.

The position is located in the headquarter in our office in the heart of Copenhagen, and you will report directly to Head of Marketing for DACH and work closely with the Global teams, based in Copenhagen, and Marketing Managers in other regions.

Responsibilities

As a member of the German team at Siteimprove, you will play an essential role in creating and execution of the local go to market strategy and ensuring that potential customers know who Siteimprove is and what we do, hence ensuring we are positioned as the number one digital management tools solution provider in Germany.

Essential Functions

  • Setup and execute the local go to market strategies in collaboration with the local marketing, sales and customer success teams.
  • Produce catchy and persuasive local sales collateral such as sales sheets, whitepapers etc. and continuously evaluate your local efforts and provide insights and recommendations on how to improve the localisation value of our solutions.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns that increase digital conversions to prospects and nurture existing customers.
  • Drive local customer advocacy and customer campaigns.
  • Plan, conceptualize and execute local own events, online webinars, sponsored tradeshows events for Germany.
  • You are jointly responsible for the generation, maintenance, qualification and tracking of leads and customers. This includes the segmentation of corresponding lists from the customer and prospect database of Siteimprove and implements them promptly.
  • Work closely with Group Marketing & Communications, Global Product Marketing, Product Development, based out of Copenhagen, you will support with the create & localize campaigns and materials that solidifies our position as the number one provider of digital management tools and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education i.e. a Bachelor's Degree, a Master Degree or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • 3+ years’ experience in lead generation and nurturing, campaign management, Inbound and Drip Campaigns, Social Media and Online Marketing, preferably within the software industry.

Required Skills

  • Native German speaker, with excellent written and communication skills (English is our corporate language, but all marketing activities will be in local language.)
  • Experience with field and digital marketing experience in the IT industry, preferably with a software company.
  • Experience with online marketing, event planning, social media, and online business models.
  • Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Pardot, Pendo (or similar marketing campaign management systems) for campaign execution and lead and customer management.
  • You already have first experiences with a CMS-System and knowledge with a planning tool like Falcon to setup and execute successful Social Media Campaigns
