FINANCE AND HR MANAGER

Job Summary:

As a 'playing coach', you must drive and further develop the finance and administration function and take part in the diverse tasks yourself. You can look forward to a very varied everyday life, where you alternate between management tasks, strategic sparring with the factory manager, analysis work, reporting, production controlling according to KPIs, preparation of period and annual accounts, recruitment, on-boarding, international networking, contact to various suppliers and partners, internal / external communication and many other tasks.

You work continuously with optimization of processes and structures and become the one who makes the ends come together. At the same time, you are the one who, with your finger on the pulse, takes the lead in relation to well-being in the workplace and creates opportunities for personal development and learning for the individual.

Responsibilities:

You will have a central role with responsibility for the financial management of the company, HR and administration as well as management responsibility for three employees. You are part of the management team and proactively ensure the financial overview through targeted reporting - both in relation to the interaction with the plant manager and to the business unit.

Required Skills and Experience

You have a relevant long-term education combined with solid management experience from a similar internationally oriented position from a production company. You have experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and are a super user of Excel. You have strong analytical skills, a flair for IT in general and communicate fluently in Danish and English. You are flexible about working hours and have max. 45 min. transport time.

You take responsibility and you give responsibility through delegation. You work in a structured way and at the same time have a good overview and look at important details. You show initiative and challenge and motivate your colleagues. You thrive in a small organization with a large international interface.
