Finance manager

Job description Finance manager AgroSoft (part-time)
Your main tasks as Finance Manager are:
• Daily book keeping
• Invoicing to customers and administration of customer agreements
• Trade Working Capital management, with a clear focus on debtor management
• Handling of supplier invoices
• Payroll activities
• Reporting to management and Dutch parent company, including:
o Management accounts for AgroSoft A/S and subsidiaries
o Budget and forecasts for AgroSoft A/S and subsidiaries
• Preparation of annual accounts in cooperation with auditors
• Communication with the three foreign subsidiaries (Poland, UK, Finland) and their accountants
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• You are an all-round finance professional with 10+ years’ experience
• You have solid experience in (hands-on) Administration and Accounting
• You have extensive experience working with Navision, Excel and other MS Office tools
• Your language skills in Danish and English are good
• It would be preferable if you have an education as Auditor
Other information:
• You will replace the current finance manager who will retire; start date preferably on 1 March 2018
• You will (mainly) work from the Agrosoft office in Tørring
• Your role is part-time for approximately 2,5 days per week (on average)
• You could be employed by AgroSoft or invoice from your own company as consultant
