We propel the transformation of the Vestas Global Finance community towards a process-guided organization with adherence to efficient, standardized processes and systems. Our goals are to:

1. Promote a effective finance process focused organisation. Identify improvements to financial processes and digital solutions. (Finance Process Excellence)

2. Define the roadmap for Finance MDM, orchestrate its implementation and continuously bring quality improvements in this area. Support Vestas data strategy. (Finance Master Data)

3. Ensure proper planning and high-quality finance projects execution. (Finance Project Execution)

4. Be a trusted advisor to our stakeholders by providing value-adding consultancy and recommendations, including supporting requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, root cause analysis, solutions, and implementation strategies. Connect and collaborate across functions and share best practices. (Finance Business Partnering)

We work closely together with Global IT and our Global Finance Shared Service Center in Manila, and our counterparts in Group and Regional Finance. The projects we support are global strategic projects and initiatives and we cover SAP ERP, SAP BI, and SAP BPC solutions.

Responsibilities

It is important that you position yourself as a trusted and value-adding business partner for the Vestas Finance Community and bridge the Business and IT. In addition, your responsibilities are to:

* Bring process improvement initiatives to make the financial processes and supporting systems as effective, efficient, consistent, simple as possible.

* Define and implement Finance processes governance (RACI) for prioritized processes and projects.

* Ensure E2E process focus and proper requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, test case definition, and change management to ensure business adoption.

* Validate solution designs with the aim to reduce complexity while still ensuring proper compliance.

* Review, approve and ensure proper documentation including fit gap analysis (AS-IS and TO-BE).

* Propel the establishment of the Finance SME communities and bring input on best practice.

* Work with strategic initiatives like S4HANA readiness, Process Mining solution and operating model deployment.

Qualifications

* Relevant Bachelor or master's degree within Finance, Controlling, IT or similar.

* Extensive Process Management work experience from a finance function in a global organization with manufacturing, logistics, sales, service operations.

* Verifiable knowledge in process improvement methodologies is a requirement.

* Solid knowledge and experience working with SAP ERP FI & CO module is a requirement. Experience in global SAP implementations is beneficial.

* Good analytical skills are a requirement. Experience with Business/Financial controlling are beneficial.

* Experience working with project management, change management, communication is a requirement.

* Lean Six Sigma Certification, Process mining experience as well as experience working with other SAP modules, SAP BI and ideally S4HANA are beneficial.
