Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisor

You will join our Nordic Customer Service team, who serves as the link between Sales, Operations and our retail customers. To deliver outstanding customer satisfaction results, we handle daily contact to our retailers. As our new team member, you will be responsible for communication with our Finnish-speaking customers as well as support your colleagues when needed. Taking into account our internal rules, processes and procedures, you will:

• Handle orders, deliveries and invoices in a timely manner

• Answer phone and email inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders

• Manage claims, credits and debit notes as well as returns

• Support our sales department on our operational rules and processes

• Manage customer master data in our SAP system

While you are open to change, you are not afraid of routines, however. Moreover, you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in retail customer service, order management or perhaps logistics

• Have solid IT skills, including knowledge of SAP Galaxy and Microsoft Excel

• Speak and write English and Finnish fluently.

• Have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with different kinds of people

• Have the ability and the eagerness to understand complex processes and their underlying rules
