FLSmidth is searching for an Executive Assistant to our Group Executive Management Team (maternity leave)

Positive and fast paced organizer with communication and networking skills

You have a relevant university degree, preferably within business and administration. Your organizational skills are impeccable, and you are an excellent networker and communicator. In combination with your overview and sense of urgency, you can handle many different tasks while caring for detail and accuracy. You take pride in delivering first-class services, and you handle both routine tasks and larger assignments with an equal share of professionalism. Within IT, you are an experienced user of MS Office and you have experience using a project management tool as well.

Detailed Description

On a personal level, you balance your positive and outgoing personality with your naturally strong appearance. This enables you to take the lead and make things happen. Working this close with the Group Executive Management Team, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment where you sometimes travel with the GEM Team, and in general are available when needed. You are an anchor point for the whole interaction with the GEM Team. To be fluent in vocal as well as written English. Further language skills are highly appreciated.

Job Requirements

Top-level support from administration to vital communication

As Executive Assistant, you are a vital part of the setup that enables our GEM Team to keep focus on the business. Your tasks will vary from administration to planning and high-level support, including formulation and distribution of key messages and essential communication to the worldwide organization. In overview your job comprises:


·                Administrative and secretarial support, calendar and mail management etc. 

·                Maintaining and facilitating a steady communication flow towards the Group Executive Management team

·                Manage projects independently in various areas 

·                Support to the international Management team across the globe

·                Correspondence to a wide range of international contacts

·                Organizing events and meetings

·                Taking minutes of meetings

·                Travel planning
