In order to stay ahead of the recent BREXIT developments, we need a person to work with our export and import from UK for the Logistics division. You will be part of a newly established department and have daily contact with a wide array of cross-organizational colleagues in our Logistics, Ferry and Customs departments. You can expect to get a manager, who is highly driven and demands greatly of her team but with a great focus on the well-being of all team members.

Main responsibilities

You will be doing export and import planning in collaboration with the customs department that does declarations related to non-EU countries while serving and advising our current Logistics customer base. More specifically, you will:

  • Help Logistics staff with planning
  • Take customer calls and assist in daily planning
  • Help customers improve their current information flow and what they need to prepare concerning BREXIT documentation
  • Preferred candidate profile

    We expect you to have experience as a Forwarder. It is important that you naturally take initiative in uncertain situations and not being afraid of changes. If an unforeseen issue arises you are willing to dig deep to find the right solution and you have meticulous in execution skills. More specifically, we are looking for a person with:

  • An education in Transportation and Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 3 years of experience as a freight forwarder
  • Native Danish speaker with excellent English skills
  • A good track record from previous employer
  • Previous experience with customs is a plus
