French customer service employee wanted!


Scandinavia's leading online yarn shop is looking for the most friendly and happy customer service employee for the French market. Might that be you?

You should be a happy and smiling person, who speaks and writes fluent French and most importantly: You should LOVE to be in contact with customers.


The job involves taking care of our lovely French customers on by phone and email. We want the best customer service in France and you will, therefore, play a key role to achieve that. It would be a great advantage if you already have a good knowledge of yarn, knitting and/or crocheting, in order to provide the best possible service to our customers.


Working hours will usually be on weekdays, somewhere between 8-18 o'clock. However, we expect you to also be able to work either on a Saturday or Sunday every second week. You will be working with our awesome team located at our warehouse in Rødovre.


The ideal candidate brings the following qualifications along:

- LOVES to be in touch with and take care of customers

- Has knowledge of yarn, knitting and/or crocheting

- Writes and speaks fluent French

- Is able to keep an overview and stay calm in busy periods

- Thrives in a busy environment

- Works independently and takes responsibility

- Has the world's best, and contagious, happy mood :-)

- Is able to handle both PC and customer service phone work at a good level
