Front of House Manager

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our dedicated Front Office team.

As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and leading the Front of House teams including Reception, Guest Relation and Concierge Team. You will develop and manage your teams to ensure our guests are elevated in every possible interaction. You will train and develop the teams to ensure our high standards, according to Leading Hotels of the World’s standard, are met, as well as you will proactively drive improvements of processes and cooperation with other managers and teams. You will report to our Hotel Manager and be part of our management team.

You are a strong manager with well-developed people skills, who always strive to achieve results through and with others. We expect you are an excellent communicator who enjoys communicating about objectives and goals as much as overall correlation to mission, policies and strategies. You thrive in an energetic and hectic environment, as well as you are capable of keeping attention to details while maintaining full overview. We expect you have full understanding of hotel operations and enjoy taking part of the operations. In general, we expect you to be an experienced host and understand the importance of always being ‘on stage’. You have experience from other hotels, preferably international, and from the luxury segment. Just as we expect you speak and understand English, it would be an advantage if you speak a Scandinavian language and perhaps a third language.
