Job Description

Are you as an analyst ready to Team Up with some great colleagues when it comes to fund analysis? Are you interested in the mutual fund industry and do you have the skills to optimize processes? Well, then we have just the right opportunity for you since we are looking for an analyst who can balance between analysing and developing!

Danske Invest Management A/S (DIMA) is the competence centre in Danske Bank for funds - both UCITS and AIFS – and functionally a part of Danske Bank Asset Management. Fund Products in DIMA (FP) is the owner and developer of funds all over Scandinavia and Luxembourg. We are responsible for the total range of funds under the Danske Invest brand including overview and monitoring of sufficient quality and performance as well as sound market risk of the funds.

As fund owner, we are the fund lifecycle owner including investment restrictions, performance and competitor monitoring and price review etc. FP has the global responsibility and work cross borders as our funds are domiciled in Denmark, Luxembourg, Finland or Norway. We are now seeking a new Investment Analyst to FP to replace a vacant position.

Fund evaluation concept & reporting

We are a team of 12 people working in FP, where we have diversity both when looking at nationality, experience, skills, age and gender. We work well together and use each other daily, when sharing knowledge and solving problems.

As our Investment Analyst, you will get the opportunity to learn aspects of the mutual fund industry, where you will be working with market analyses, fund evaluation concept & reporting to Boards including review and development of concept and production technique.

Other tasks will also include:

  • Maintain and develop new reporting
  • Development of an analytic platform (performance, fund range & pricing) 
  • Price analysis both yearly and ongoing
  • Our aim is to have a more automated set-up, including database and reporting framework – which we hope, you will support us with.

We imagine you have good IT skills, which will assist you when developing e.g., our reporting to the boards. You will in general get an opportunity to support us developing the way we do many thing,” tells your future Manager, Tina.

    Empower us to work smarter

    To do well in this role, we imagine you have an academic background with e.g. a relevant degree within finance, economics or mathematics. We also expect that you have extensive skills within Excel and programming tools such as e.g. VBA, Python, SQL or similar – and you are good at communicating written as well as oral in English.
